ALL WIGS .CLOSURES. FRONTALS must be dropped off AT LEAST 2days BEFORE APPT.
Closure/ frontal maintenance services is for my clients who previously received a install by Me. Unit must still be attached
I do not maintenance other stylist work simply because we have different products/ work ethics it’s BEST to get maintenance by who installed your unit
** I will REINSTALL a Unit! Simply book under new install put in comments section it’s a used wig, send pic of lace if I accept then follow normal steps after
***Also when bringing in your Used Bundles to be Reinstalled for a second time PLEASE MAKE SURE THEY ARE CLEAN I WILL NOT WASH OR USE THEM AT THE TIME OF YOUR APPT because you brought in dirty hair

DEPOSIT REQUIRED TO BOOK ALL SERVICES Deposits are to be paid at least 24 hours after you receive payment link
If no deposit is received your appointment will be canceled and you will have to rebook
all deposits are NON REFUNDABLE ‼️‼️ Your deposit for services go towards your balance and the remainder is due at the time of appointment
If you Cancel/No Show to your Appointment your Deposit is NON REFUNDABLE
IF YOU RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT WITHIN 2Weeks of prior appointment that DEPOSIT CAN TRANSFER OVER ANYTHING OVER THAT APPOINTMENT IS CANCELED AND NEW DEPOSIT WILL BE NEEDED
If any Event I/Myself Cancel any Appointment the client deposit will be Refunded within 24hrs of cancellation
At time of booking all Clients will automatically pay for they Deposit
DEPOSIT ARE $10.00
No call no shows will have a $30 deposit to rebook

by booking on this site you are accepting services under these terms
KHB is not responsible for any valuables, Losses, including any injuries during services/visit
KHB follow all safety and sanitize guidelines required by the state of Indiana
KHB is a relaxing environment SO DO NOT BRING EXTRA GUEST WITH YOU (unless they are being serviced )
To keep the day smooth please be ON TIME FOR YOUR APPT after 20 mins n no communication I HAVE TO CANCEL YOUR APPT NO EXCEPTIONS
If your coming washed .... Hair has to have been washed within 24hours of your appt (freshly washed is best ) with NO PRODUCT in the hair at all
if I determine you need to be washed a $5 additional charge will be added to your services if you refuse your appt is then canceled NO STYLIST CAN WORK WITH SWEATY OR SOILED HAIR
In event if service is not satisfied I am willing to fix it at appointment time if you leave and have any problems please notify me in 24hours and I’m willing to fix it with that time if client comply after 48hours that service received is no longer valid and a new service will need to be booked
Upon arriving please park with your tires on the sidewalk not blocking the driveway it’s a narrow street
Also depending on the weather please be prepared to remove your shoes when you arrive to my home during cold months footies/shoe covers will be provided while supply last
KHB accepts Cashapp, Zelle , Cards ,PayPal and cash for services sorry we don’t accept checks or Ebt
Your business is important to me you will always be treated with respect as we expect the same. KHB will not tolerate OFFENSIVE language/behavior that will cause our DEFENSIVE RESPONSE‼️
