To maintain a relaxing and personalized salon experience appointments are reserved for Scheduled guest only.

Cancellation Policy

A minimum 24 hour notice is required for all appointment cancellations or rescheduling request

Clients who fail to cancel within the required timeframe or do not show for their appointment may become ineligible for future booking opportunities

‍ ‍Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure All appointments. Deposits will be applied towards your remaining service balance at the time of your appointment.

ALL SERVICES AND DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

‍ ‍Late Policy

A 15 minute grace period is provided for all appointments

Guest arriving more than 15 minutes late without communication may need to reschedule and could be mark as a missed appointment
